Deputy Sales Manager with a proven track record of driving revenue growth via customer acquisitions. You will assist the sales manager to roll out strategic plans and lead a sales team to help them deliver best results.


Major Responsibilities/Activities:


  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
  • Handle new recruitments, set objectives, coach the team and monitor their performance.
  • Understand customer needs, respond quickly and build long-lasting customer relationships
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Communicate, present and influence credibly effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree – Mechanical and Chemical Engineering
  • 5-7 years of sales experience in the filtration industry
  • Previous experience as assistant/deputy sales manager consistently meeting/exceeding targets
  • Leadership qualities with excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
